IN ADDITION, SUCH CONDUCT – WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS ACTUALLY CONVICTED OF A CRIME – MAY ALSO RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY SANCTIONS PURSUANT TO SPONSOR'S EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK.ġ. (“SPONSOR”) OR INDYCAR, LLC (“INDYCAR”) BECOME AWARE OF GAMBLING OR OTHER UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME, SPONSOR AND/OR CONNECTIVE WILL ADVISE THE APPLICABLE POLICE AUTHORITIES TO SUCH EFFECT FOR POSSIBLE INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION AND WILL FULLY COOPERATE IN ANY SUCH INVESTIGATION/PROSECUTION COMMENCED BY POLICE AUTHORITIES.
